Ashurst hosts an annual event for our alumni in London and we hope to put on other regular events in the future.

New Zealand…
Following Jon Lewin's article in the last edition of FlashBack describing his upping sticks to New Zealand, Jon was contacted by a number of New Zealand based alumni suggesting a local get-together. Jon's brewery duly obliged and the party was attended by eight alumni in all (Jon Lewin, David Chapman-Smith, Kevin Glover, Paul Johns and his wife Amy, Sherridan Cook, Matt Wilson, Kirstin Poole and Brad Kidd – who flew up from Wellington for the evening!). The plan is to make it a regular event.
On the same theme, Mark Plenderleith is going to be organising a Tokyo gathering (please contact Mark if you would like to attend) and we hope something will be held in Australia in 2011. If you are based in a location where two or more alumni can gather together and would like to organise something, do let us know.
