Are you concerned about the potential impact of the credit crunch on your organisation’s trading partners and suppliers across the world? In the absence of an international insolvency regime, solutions in cross-border situations need to be based on local regimes and the co-operation set out in legislation such as the UNCITRAL Model Law and the EC Regulation on Insolvency Proceedings.
